SART open at La Cadena

    The Santa ana River Trail appears to be open between La Cadena
    and Riverside ave. The gates are open and the fences are gone.
    There are still some cones on the sides of the trail but it looks to be clear

    Went by the trail today and saw that the gate is closed and the fence back up at La Cadena
