Sunday Ride Changes

Sunday rides are now grouping up for announcements at 7:50. We will be leaving promptly at 8:00. Our announcements will be held on the Pedestrian Mall at 9th street which is close to parking at either University or the old court house.

Cycling Connection Hosting 3 Club Ride on 1/23

We’ve been invited to a 3 Club Ride by Cycling Connection on Saturday, Janurary 23. View the Flyer Here. The ride will be leaving at 8:00 AM from “It’s a Grind” Coffee House at Baseline & Day Creek Blvd in Rancho Cucamonga. Be certain to show up early. A basic and an advanced route are being offered. Rose Parade Routeslips

On January 1, RBC always starts the new year off with a bicycle ride to the Rose Parade in Pasadena. 26 and 55 mile routes are available and this year for the adventurous Edith has a 45 mile extension to the 55 mile route. 55 Mile route starts at 7:00 AM at Competitive Edge Cyclery in Upland (Euclid & Foothill). 26 Mile route starts at 8:00 AM at Citrus College. Dress warm and bring a smile. Click on the Tournament of Roses logo to download the routeslips.

There are certain individuals that do a little more than everyone else to help make RBC rides fun and enjoyable for all. These people take responsibility on themselves to look out for the rest of us. In 2009 we’ve had some great ride leaders.

Christmas Eve & New Years Eve

Dec 24th, Xmas eve, we won’t be riding in the evening from Baker’s
We’re all at home baking cookies for Santa.
Dec 31, Baker’s evening groups won’t be riding, we’re ringing-in the new year. Then up early Jan 1st to ride to the Rose Parade. See ya there! (:
